My Local

Built by members, for the people who keep this city moving

We are a fictional demo local — transit, municipal, and facility workers organizing for fair wages, safe workplaces, and a say in the decisions that shape our jobs.

Our story

My Local started when a handful of stewards decided that silence was costing people their dignity. What began as lunch-room conversations became a bargaining unit, then a local that now represents thousands of workers across the metro area.

Today we negotiate contracts, file grievances, run stewards’ training, and keep members informed through news, events, and secure votes — all from one place our officers actually use.

Every member deserves to clock out in one piece. We fight for staffing, training, and enforceable standards.
